Spar Ennistymon

Custy Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS for the refurbishment and extension to the existing Spar service station located in Ennistymon, Co. Clare. This project was completed in 2022.

The scope of works included provision of new service infrastructure [i.e. gas, power, communications, water, drainage]; complete construction of the residential development including all internal and external finishes; construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
