Raheen Community Hospital

Custy Construction Ltd is currently constructing a single storey extension to provide accommodation for five bedrooms with ensuite facilities, staff support rooms, new sitting area and associated site works. The project also includes for the demolition of an existing flat roof extension and the relocation of existing services and storage tanks to a new boiler house and compound to the north of the site at Raheen Community Hospital, Tuamgraney, Co. Clare. This project is expected to be complete in 2022.

The scope of works includes:

• Demolition works of an existing flat roof extension,
• Provision of completely new infrastructure (i.e. gas, power, communications, water and drainage),
• Full construction of new extension including high standard of internal and external finishes,
• Construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
