Radharc An Oir

Custy Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS for a new social housing development located on a brown field site in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare. This project was completed in March 2022 and consisted of two main blocks with a total of 18nr apartments:

4nr – 1-bedroom apartments
12nr – 2-bedroom apartments
2nr – 3-bedroom apartments

The scope of works included provision of new service infrastructure [i.e. gas, power, communications, water, drainage]; complete construction of the residential development including all internal and external finishes; construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
