Presentation Convent

Custy Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS for a new private residential development located on a brown field site on Nuns Island, Co. Galway. This project was completed in December 2023 and consisted of 14nr bedrooms, commercial kitchen, large dining room, prayer rooms, community space, offices and meeting rooms.

The scope of works included provision of new service infrastructure [i.e. gas, power, communications, water, drainage]; complete construction of the residential development including all internal and external finishes; construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
