Cappa Pier
Custy Construction Ltd completed a full restoration project for a private client in 2020. The site is located in Kilrush, Co. Clare and consisted of an existing 19th century two storey house which was fully restored and refurbished.
The scope of works included:
- Full restoration of existing home including high standard of internal and external finishes,
- Provision of completely new infrastructure (i.e. gas, power, communications, water and drainage),
- Construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
