Custy Construction Ltd is currently acting as Main Contractor & PSCS for a new residential development located on a green field in Roslevan, Ennis, Co. Clare. The programme for this project is 18 months with expected completion in July 2025. This development will consist of 21nr ‘A’ rated two-storey detached and semi-detached dwellings.

The scope of works included provision of new service infrastructure [i.e. gas, power, communications, water, drainage]; complete construction of the residential development including all internal and external finishes; construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
