Custy Construction Ltd acted as Main Contractor & PSCS for a new private residential development located on a green field on the Tulla Road, Ennis, Co. Clare. This project was completed in January 2024 and consisted of 21nr luxury ‘A’ rated two-storey detached and semi-detached dwellings.

The scope of works included provision of new service infrastructure [i.e. gas, power, communications, water, drainage]; complete construction of the residential development including all internal and external finishes; construction of access roads, footpaths, landscaping, boundary treatment and all associated site works.
